During the warranty period, all maintenance costs will be borne by the company; outside the warranty period, the material costs will be borne by the customer. The maintenance cost is free of charge, but natural disasters beyond human control, external damage, man-made damage, and unauthorized disassembly are not covered by the warranty.
2. Our company is the direct affiliated unit of the manufacturer in mainland China and can provide 24-hour after-sales service. If there are quality problems with the product during the warranty period, our company will immediately provide an answer after receiving the notice; if it cannot be solved immediately, we will contact you in Guangzhou The district company will arrange technical maintenance personnel to arrive at the construction site within 2 hours to help solve the problem. If there are special needs, the manufacturer can dispatch technical engineers and the company's technical maintenance personnel to jointly provide strong technical support to the buyer.
3. When the goods arrive at the construction site, the company can arrange technical personnel to assist in guiding the installation or debugging operation. If there are any questions, the relevant personnel of the company will promptly reply after receiving the call. If there is indeed a problem with the quality of individual products of our company, our company will immediately replace them to ensure the purchaser's construction period.
4. Outside the warranty period, the company regularly arranges maintenance personnel to track the use of the product and resolve it in a timely manner. Since the company has a certain amount of inventory in China, when there is a problem with the product and needs to be replaced, the company will solve it in the shortest possible time without returning to the UK headquarters to ensure the progress of the buyer's project.
5. Outside the warranty period and warranty scope, when there is a problem with the product and the product is replaced or added, the price of all materials will be based on the price when the two parties signed the contract, and there will be no increase or any additional cost.
